Brunel Engraving’s latest collection of quartz, slate, granite and marble effect Corian plaques are available with the additional feature of photographic imagery.
The introduction of Corian Photo Plaques to their range brings a further bespoke design option for this 'versatile, solid, hard wearing' acrylic based material. It is becoming an increasingly popular choice for commemorative and memorial plaques, says the company.
“We are able to offer the opportunity to feature photographic images of a loved one or a treasured pet together with chosen words engraved as a lasting tribute on a material which retains its finish and doesn’t dull with age “, says Martyn Wright, managing director.
Corian Photo Plaques are also 'ideal' to commemorate events and buildings; celebrate new constructions with relevant imagery; and for topping out ceremonies. They can feature full colour photographic company logos for business premises.
“Corian has made a big impact on our market and is selling extremely well. The trade love it because it’s a great product to sell as it looks like natural stone but it reacts to the elements better than stone. It’s comparable in price but it keeps its looks for longer being non-porous, stain resistant, seamless, repairable and renewable and heat resistant. The addition of the photographic image option for the Corian selection has increased the customer’s choice and added another element to our offer,” says Martyn.
Products are available to the trade in a range of different sizes and are supplied with screw fixings and domed caps. They provide a bespoke sizing service; cutting, finishing and polishing each individual piece.
Corian is acrylic based, which means it doesn’t fade or discolour, says the company.
