A new range of waterjet cutting systems is now available from AXYZ International, following the acquisition of the America- based WARDJet.
The machines are being stocked at and distributed from AXYZ International’s main UK facility in Telford where they can be viewed in operation at the company’s expanded showroom and product demonstration area.
Availability of these technically advanced waterjet cutting machines provides a more cost-effective solution to the processing of materials that traditional CNC routing/cutting systems cannot handle.
Typically these include stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals, glass, ceramic and similarly harder and thicker materials.
UK-based vice president (market development) Robert Marshall comments: “Since 1991 we have been and remain a major global supplier of CNC routing and knife-cutting solutions to key industries including sign manufacturing.
“With the addition of waterjet cutting systems to the extensive AXYZ portfolio we will be able to maximise the potential that exists in other industrial sectors where waterjet cutting technology is the preferred option while enabling our customers to broaden their market reach beyond core manufacturing activities.”
