Scriptus: Company with direction makes 2010 the year of the customer
Announced as Managing Director, Michael Jackson, celebrates reaching the industry landmark of 30 years, Scriptus continues to work with clients in corporate environments, retail stores, universities, leisure and hospitals. A trusted supplier to many of the UK's customer focussed brands, the company has already implemented successful signage strategies for Heal's, The Grosvenor House Hotel, Henderson Global Investors, and HBOS, and is now rolling out its new services as an additional string to its bow.
The new wayfinding services that involve Scriptus creating frameworks of signage that people can follow through a site to make sure they encounter as little stress as possible launched this month. As a response to support clients through the difficult climate, Scriptus is ensuring they position their clients in the right way to provide a positive customer experience from the minute someone engages with their brand on site.
Developed on the back of an international project, Scriptus Managing Director Michael Jackson spent much of last year working on a Saudi Arabia based project creating a wayfinding system for King Abdullah's International Gardens, after Scriptus was handpicked to be the consultant of choice. He has seen the benefits this strategy has brought and is now keen to encourage UK companies to adopt similar schemes.
To further support clients in taking a strategic approach to their corporate identity they are also now offering an end-to-end design solution, from brand creation and development of logos, to enhance their offer of signage design and installation.
Managing Director, Michael Jackson who has worked on signage solutions for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Natwest, AkzoNobel and McDonald's, said: "Everything to do with a business must relate back to its brand image, from the employees to the offices. Wayfinding plays a crucial role in the day-to-day running of most corporate environments and more and more people are beginning to realise this. Not only does it have to be practical but it has to represent the brand and because we are able to offer everything in house, our clients have the confidence in us to know that every last detail will be in keeping with their corporate image."
He continued: "Standing out from your competitors has never been as important as it is now and we are passionate about making sure our clients are one step ahead."
Now offering wayfinding audits, masterplans and consultancy, Scriptus is one of a handful of signage companies to manage the design, manufacturing and installation of signs in-house, and also offers branding and graphic design, ensuring a fully comprehensive and rigorous quality control procedure takes place with each project. Offering anything from prototypes to full systems manufactured on the company's premises, truly bespoke and individual smart signage solutions are guaranteed.
Practising what it preaches, Scriptus has also re-branded itself to represent its new direction with a fresh corporate identity to put the company in good stead for the future.
Throughout its 13-year existence, and with a staggering 75 years of collective industry experience, Scriptus is in a unique position to combine its traditional skills and know how with cutting edge innovations, something that leads Scriptus to the forefront of the signage industry.
