Drytac Europe, who make self-adhesive materials, has announced the immediate availability of Polar HiGrab™ for medium-term indoor and outdoor graphics applications.
Polar HiGrab is a printable 100µ (4 mil) white monomeric PVC film coated on one side with a high-tack pressure sensitive, solvent grey opaque acrylic adhesive which is protected with a Kraft release paper. Its 'exceptional' adhesion properties enable it to stick to a wide variety of surfaces including indoor and outdoor painted walls, machine equipment and more.
The film is printable by solvent, eco-solvent, Latex and UV inkjet technologies and has an outdoor durability of four years, based on average European exposure conditions on a vertical substrate.
Steve Broad, Sales Director for Drytac Europe, said: “Drytac’s Polar HiGrab ticks lots of boxes when you’re looking for a printable film that needs be applied to some of the most troublesome surfaces such as painted walls. With its Class 0 Fire Rating, Polar HiGrab is also ideal for applications in public areas that require compliance with strict fire regulations such as airports, hotels and hospitals.
“As well as the benefits of its Class 0 fire rating, the product’s longevity can be further enhanced with the fully-compatible Class 0 fire rating Drytac Interlam and Drytac Protac over-laminating films.”
