Wide format, high productivity inkjet printers
Mutoh Europe has released two 64” (162 cm) wide high quality and high productivity piezo drop-on-demand roll fed sign and display inkjet printers. The XpertJet printers feature a 7-colour CMYK, Lc, Lm, Lk ink set, multiple product enhancements and innovative features. XpertJet 1641SR is a single head 4-colour model. while XpertJet 1682SR is a dual staggered head model for 2x4 colour or 7-colour setup. These XpertJet printers have been specifically developed for high quality cost-effective volume production of sign and display graphics, for long term outdoor applications as well as durable prints for indoor use. Applications include posters, backlit signs, wall coverings, point-of-sale displays, fine art reproduction prints, vehicle graphics, window graphics and self-adhesive stickers.
“Mutoh has been a pioneer in sign and display printers since 2004,” says managing director Kenji Yasuhara. “XpertJet is already our fifth generation and successor of our multi-awarded ValueJet 1624X and ValueJet 1638X printers.The XPJ-1641SR and XPJ-1682SR offer an excellent balance between the capacity for speed production print work and top quality print work.
