Floor Talker makes an effective solution for floor graphics
Floor space offers many interesting opportunities for advertising and marketing campaigns, or to raise brand awareness, says Ritrama. So they've added RI-JET 140 Floor Talker to their range of Ritrama products. Floor Talkers materials consist of a vinyl film coated with a specialist adhesive, which will firmly stick to the floor surface whilst offering clean removability when required. This makes RI-JET 140 Floor Talker the "ideal" choice for indoor applications in shops, supermarkets, petrol and railway stations, shopping and exhibition centres, and airports, which see a frequent turnover of promotional campaigns.
RI-JET 140 Floor Talker is a 100µ gloss white monomeric soft vinyl film specifically developed by Ritrama’s research and development department to be applied to indoor waxed PVC, ceramic and tile flooring. This adhesive is suitable for ink-jet printing with UV, solvent, eco-solvent and latex inks, and with solvent based screen printing. The adhesive contains grey pigmentation, which increases the film’s opacity and ensures full coverage of underlying floor images. This is a particular advantage when the existing floor needs to be renewed or replaced, says the company.
The Ritrama Floor Talker base vinyl film is complemented by an embossed over laminating film with anti-slip properties, to make the graphic a "safe and durable option in the promotional campaign". Ritrama recommends to use the base vinyl film in combination with their over laminating embossed films with anti-slip properties: RI-121/100 Floor Talker and RI-121/200 Floor Talker. The solvent-based permanent acrylic adhesive "guarantees" a good resistance to water and cleaning agents as well as a high adhesion on a wide variety of substrates such as glass, ABS, PS, PVC (non-apolar surfaces).
