Avery Dennison continue to make all the right moves with the launch of their latest vehicle wrap product. SP 1504 Easy Apply is a premium digital print film being introduced as part of the ever-expanding sustainable print portfolio.
SP 1504 EA is PVC-free and designed to provide a more environmentally friendly option while still maintaining the same standard of performance, excellent printability, and high conformability as other alternatives. The film is free of chlorine, phthalates and other halogens, which greatly reduces volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
SP 1504 EA is easily repositionable due to Avery Dennison’s Easy Apply technology and low initial tack, meaning fewer hands are needed to complete a full wrap.
Suitable for use indoors and outdoors, SP 1504 EA can be used for a wide range of applications, including custom designs for private vehicles and branded fleet wrapping, as well as interior or exterior signage. To protect the design, it is highly recommended to overlaminate with a clear, PVC-free overlaminate such as the DOL 6460 Gloss.
Other key benefits and features include the film’s superb 3D conformability when wrapping demanding vehicles and fleet projects, air-egress technology to help eliminate wrinkles and bubbles, and outstanding image quality on a wide range of printers using (eco-) solvent, latex, or UV inks. The film also boasts up to 10 years unprinted, and 6 years printed outdoor durability for vertical applications.
