BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Burnley, Lancashire

ESP Signs is a leading signs provider with a strong UK presence within education, retail, healthcare and construction. Due to our growth in the last three years we wish to appoint a Business Development Director.

    The Role
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the formation and delivery of our sales strategy within the specified sectors throughout the UK.
  • With the Managing Director, you will lead and be responsible for the management of all our key accounts and relationships
  • You will be central to contributing and developing fresh and creative ways of improving effectiveness and profitability.
    The Requirement
  • You will be a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record of successful sales delivery within the signage industry.
  • You will be a strong leader able to deliver results through a motivated team where achievement of KPI’s will lead to development at a group level.
