Your Print Partner team celebrates their investment to meet demand of large, custom orders with shorter lead times.

Your Print Partner (YPP), the UK manufacturer specialising in large-format and print-on-demand textiles, has invested in a second HP Stitch S1000 printer in less than a year - to produce high quality jobs and fulfill large, custom orders in shorter lead times. Based in Lincoln, UK, Your Print Partner has evolved to specialise in large-format and on-demand textiles printing, providing a full range of print and graphic design services for customers and retail partners. Its capabilities offer printing services on a vast range of product offerings, including everything from flags, event merchandise, exhibition displays and banners to cushions, blankets, and towels.

Your Print Partner’s mission is to remain at the forefront of print technology developments, meaning nothing but the highest quality stitching is delivered to its customers. Less than one year after acquiring its first HP Stitch S1000, installed by RA Smart, YPP has invested in its second HP Stitch S1000 at this year’s FESPA conference in Munich, ensuring it has the latest fabric printing technology to deliver ‘just in time’ projects.

The HP Stitch 1000’s 1200dpi printhead resolution can print on both transfer paper and direct fabric that impresses customers with vivid colors. Installing two HP Stitch Printers means YPP delivers consistent high-quality stitching every time and the boldest and most vibrant colours on the market - appearing in crisp high definition, even when printed on giant banners. Founder and Group CEO, Stuart Maclaren said, “the purchase of a second HP Stitch S1000 means YPP can offer a more efficient service to our customers. Replacing older print technology with the latest systems gives us the opportunity to offer high quality printed textiles with faster turnaround times and on a greater range of medias with amazing quality.”

HP Stitch technology allows users to offer the best quality branded textiles and makes high speed turnaround possible. Coupled with HP’s PrintOS Software Suite, customers can check the status of each job, even when not on site, and have oversight of production efficiency.

With two HP Stitch Printers, YPP is also prioritising its sustainability goals and initiatives. Maclaren said, “HP Stitch offers environmentally friendly water-based ink technology, which, coupled with the ability of printing on recycled polyester media, gives our customers extremely sustainable print and branding options.”

Beyond printing capabilities, YPP shows how investing in digital print technology can give back to communities and strengthen local ties. For example, whilst other print manufacturers invest in outsourcing jobs to suppliers globally, particularly in Eastern Europe and China, YPP is currently working with Lincoln College to launch a new Print NVQ qualification which will encourage future generations to consider a career in print.
