TECHSiL acquire Eurobond Adhesives

TECHSiL are delighted to announce the acquisition of Eurobond Adhesives, as of March 23rd 2023.

TECHSiL was founded in 1989 and acquired by Diploma PLC in 2021 with an emphasis on added value distribution. TECHSiL supply an exhaustive range of technical & high performance adhesives, silicones, tapes, O-rings and seals into industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, and other manufacturing companies. TECHSiL follow a problem solving engineering and design led approach, with outstanding customer service at the heart of everything they do. TECHSiL represent some of the biggest brands such as Momentive, Loctite, Trelleborg, Power HotMelts, PermaBond, Panacol, ITW, Stokvis, 3M, amongst many.

Established in 1984, Eurobond Adhesives are suppliers of high performance adhesives, tapes, sealants, coatings and UV light systems under the Penloc & Vitralit brands. TECHSiL and Eurobond share similar values, business models and end-markets making them a great strategic and cultural fit, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service alongside an excellent product proposition.

TECHSiL are acquisitive and Eurobond Adhesives became our 5th acquisition, after Fospat Ltd, M-Tec Ltd, GlueLine Ltd and Silicone Solutions in 2022.
