Assistant Production Manager - Brackley, Northants

We are a world leader in system signs supplying blue chip companies and distributors in the UK and overseas.

THE ROLE is to assist/deputise for the Production Manager running a small production team by example with exciting machinery and processes: CO2 laser cutting and marking, direct UV printers, wide format print, paint shop processes, braille and tactile (including 3D printing and routing), stainless steel polishing and bead blasting, close work, assembly & export shipping.

THE SUCCESSFUL candidate will ideally have experience inthe signage or a related industry, but full training will be given.The winning candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability:To organize and motivate, have a methodical working mindset,able to absorb and recall technical detail, work to deadlines,commit to completing the tasks set, delegate with supervision,highest level of quality, PC and Mac literate, ISO procedures,health and safety aware and able to provide references.
