Leading supplier of sign and graphics and digital printing materials, Amari Digital Supplies has introduced two new ranges of media from the Portuguese company Digidelta. The DECAL ADHESIVE: THINK GREEN® and Décor.Tex textile wall covering ranges are now available exclusively in the UK from ADS.

An important design feature common to both product ranges is the high-performance and technically advanced acResin UV adhesive technology developed by BASF. This is said to represent a powerful, more efficient and safer alternative to conventional adhesives and is based on a special combined solvent-free hot melt resin and UV-curing process that ensures high ecological safety and excellent resistance to the effects of ageing, heat and the ingress of water, as well as providing crystal clear clarity on the gloss clear product in the Think Green range of media.

The 100-micron PVC film in the Think Green range is available in four different formats (gloss and matt white, gloss clear and block-out) and incorporates a clay-coated liner. All of the 'white' products are supplied with either a removable or permanent adhesive and provide a guaranteed performance life of four years. The films are available in roll sizes of 50 metres in length and in a choice of four widths of between 850 to 1,630mm.

The Think Green range of media is particularly suited to outdoor applications involving flat surfaces (including vehicles with regularly-shaped body profiles) and offers outstanding printability and stability to solvents. ADS also supplies matching cold pressure-sensitive laminates in a matt or gloss finish in widths of 1,350 and 1,600mm that can be applied using either hot or cold lamination processes.

The 100 per cent polyester UV- and solvent-printable materials in the Digidelta Décor.Tex range are available in a choice of 11 stunning graphics manifestations for use in internal wall-covering applications. They are supplied with a wide choice of finish, comprising matt white (including a backlit option), white satin canvas, matt silver and gold and gloss white laminated banner-grade formats. Six of the products in the range are non-adhesive and have a M1 fire rating, with five further options currently awaiting the same fire safety accreditation.

The materials are available either from stock or on request in a number of different widths and invariably in roll lengths of 25 or 50 metres.
