New high-performance digital printing materials from ADS

Vehicle application using the MACtac Imagin JT Series.A division of Amari Plastics, Amari Digital Supplies (ADS) supplies a wide range of high-performance digital media from leading brands such as MACtac, Soyang, Sihl, Kernow, Ritrama and Arlon, in addition to its own-brand ADS media. The company also works in partnership with Graphic Printing Technologies (GPT) to provide integrated hardware and media solutions for its expanding customer base.

Materials are supplied, either on same-day delivery or next-day delivery from the network of 14 branches. They are available in widths of between 760 to 2,600mm and are compatible with all of the leading solvent, eco-solvent, UVC and aqueous-based printers and cover self-adhesive vinyl, papers, PVC banner-grade media, graphic films, over laminates and mounting films. All of the products are supported by a dedicated team of experienced specialists to assist in the correct specification.

ADS is a primary stockist of and distributor for the entire range of sign and graphics and digital printing materials from MACtac. These include the Imagin JT5000 and JT1000 series of self-adhesive vinyl materials that are available for aqueous-based digital printers, together with laminates and mounting films from the Imagin and Permacolor ranges. New products from MACtac that are now a key component of the Eco-Pure range (the ADS Green Products range) include the JT1428SP non-PVC matte white film for aqueous-based printers, the JT5429 non-PVC white gloss film for solvent-based printers and three PG7400 non-PVC over laminates that are available in a choice of matt, gloss and satin finishes. MACtac has also introduced a range of wall graphics materials (the WW100 for external use and the WW200 for internal use). Also new from MACtac are the two-part external floor graphics solutions StreetRap and StreetRap Protect.

Under its own brand, ADS has also introduced a range of wallpapers. This offers a choice of four variants that are textile-backed and five variants that are paper-backed as a more economical alternative. All of these products have a B1 fire rating and will be recommended by Roland for use on its printers.

Supporting these new innovations are the RiJet 100 and RiJet 75 vinyl materials (including PVC laminates with and without UV screen protection) from Ritrama. There is also a range of papers from Sihl, including TriSolv for solvent-based and UV printing and Supersorb, Maranello and Imola for acqueous-based printing. Other new additions include SoFlat (a banner-grade PVC vinyl with a grey reverse and special layflat properties) from Soyang and HydroPrint (a range of polyester films for use with UVC printers) from Kernow Coatings. Completing the range of new products is Asphalt Art (a long-life external floor graphics solution).
