Perspex Distribution hails interest in its new Aluminium Composite and PVC Foam products at the sign and digital show

People talking to each other at show standThis year’s Sign and Digital show is being hailed as the busiest ever for Perspex Distribution, with a host of new product launches establishing them as a leading supplier into the wide format print market, according to the company.

'Innovation was at the forefront of rigid substrate launches' with Palfoam anti-static (AS) PVC foam offering unique properties solving the problems of static and ink distortion for printers. Visitors were 'shocked' to see the contrast between the static on standard PVC foam sheets when demonstrated against Palfoam AS. With no ink distortion and prints that stay cleaner for longer there have already been plenty of orders following the show.

Distributing the only UK produced aluminium composite panels, Perspex were also promoting Alupanel A-Lite Digital, the newest sheet to roll off the local production line. The print capabilities were not only causing a stir on the Perspex stand, the 'superior' alloy skin on the product was also being used to demonstrate the best quality print on the stands of machinery distributors Canon, Printmax, Roland and Colourgen.

The event also marked their debut in the soft signage market with visitors keen to get their hands on samples of Transprint, a new range of over 30 vinyls, overlaminates and banners.

“We had a really busy three days, visitors were really keen to learn more about our range of PVC foam, aluminium composite and Transprint digital vinyls,” said Luke Martyn, Marketing Manager at Perspex Distribution.
“Our innovative products such as Palfoam anti-static foam and A-lite aluminium composite are helping to solve common problems faced by printers. We look forward to building many new relationships following the show.”
