Due to the growth of Thames Valley Signs we are looking for a unique and talented individual to run the production department of the business. A customer focused individual, with a positive “can do” attitude and experience in the sign industry. He or she would need to be able to prioritise, plan and liase with customers at every stage of the production process.
OUTLINE OF JOB DESCIPTION- Prioritises workflow, communicate with production staff daily, and supervise the production process
- Manage production boards, manufacturing process, design schedule and installations daily
- Communicate with other employees to ensure production is completed on time and with high quality
- Supervise/complete basic installations and complete more advanced installations
- Implement efficiency-building methods
- Follow a pre-determined production process
- Have knowledge and experience of sign making, designing of projects, installing of vehicle graphics and more advanced signage installations
- Be able to work on a daily basis using initiative and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Onyx Rip
- Good basic computer skills
- Experienced producer and installer of vinyl and digital graphics on vehicles and substrates. Includes operation of plottter, HP Latex printer and laminator
