(£25,000 to £35,000 Base Salary + Commission £15,000 + Bonus £12,500)

A well known large format digital printing company in Australia and Hong Kong with 150 employees worldwide is seeking for a Sales and Marketing Director for our newly established UK branch. Our success in Australia and Hong Kong is progressing to the next level through an ambitious expansion program in Europe.

UK office based in Slough, your objective in this vital role is to develop sales and marketing strategy that will drive new and existing sales performance. Your role will involve building sales team and meeting team revenue target, formulating sales and marketing strategy and building key client relationships.

We are seeking a strong Sales and Marketing Director, who is passionate about what they do and who has strong entrepreneurial skills and experience.

• 3 years business development entrepreneurial experience through having worked in a similar capacity
• 2 years experience developing sales and marketing strategy
• Previous experience with small to medium sized large format digital printing or related field is preferable
• Strong communication abilities and a positive approach
