We currently require an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team to deliver environmental branding and signage projects.
The project manager role includes a range of responsibilities from contractor and supply chain management, project team management to management of project financials. The ideal candidate must be ready to take on a substantial amount of organisation and responsibility.
They will be delivering a wide range of multiple projects in varied environments from high street retail to museums and art galleries, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest of standards. They will need to be skilled in negotiating with and managing suppliers, whilst also maintaining and developing relations with clients and client partners, from designers and architects to general contractors and facilities managers.
A key element of this role is delivering product based projects, it is key the candidate has an understanding of production and installation processes and knowledge of varied signage fabrication techniques. As project manager they will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from taking the initial brief, providing viable solutions, ensuring design intent is maintained, managing internal resource and external suppliers to quality control, snagging and approval of installed works.
Financial management of projects will be an important element of the project manager’s role, as the project manager is ultimately responsible for all costing, quoting and invoicing of their projects, ensuring margins are maintained.
The ideal project manager will have a minimum of 5 years project management experience, an appreciation for design, be enthusiastic, dynamic, highly organised with a high attention to detail and proven understanding of production processes.
