Operations Production Manager

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, we are looking for a self-motivated, highly organised individual to work in our expanding sign company.

You must have a sign based background, have good managerial skills, be IT literate and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Duties will include organising on a daily basis, factory based staff and on-site fitters, the control of work flow through various departments, quality control, producing risk assessments and method statements, ensuring the workforce complies with all H&S procedures, carrying out weekly production meetings, liasing with department heads, customers and suppliers and carrying out comprehensive site surveys.
