Staff required for highly successful company ideally with previous sign industry experience but allied trades will be considered. Must have ability to work to high standards with a flexible approach to working hours.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

To head a team of approx 50 employees, having overall responsibility of Design, Production, Purchasing, Health & Safety, and Installation Departments. Successful candidate will retain:

• Strong engineering technical background
• Current H&S & HR experience
• Strong man management & verbal/written communication skills
• Excellent organisation ability
• Ability to supply a high quality product to our customers, within budget and often having to maintain short lead-times
