About us

We are a design-focused graphics production company, committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

About the job

This is a varied job with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities and it sits at the heart of what we do. You’ll be organising and scheduling production, operating our large format printers, preparing and fitting graphics whilst supervising other workers in the production area.

In a typical week you could be… making signs, banners and pop-ups, fitting vehicle graphics and meeting customers.

At the weekend you might… go surfing, coasteering, sailing, kayaking, theatre or cinema, go walking, hop on the ferry to Ireland, walk the coast path, catch some rays on the beach all in the fresh air and beautiful surroundings of Pembrokeshire.

Our reputation isn’t just built on the quality of the graphics we produce. We take pride in the quality of service we provide and you will be meeting and working with our customers, discussing their work and responding to queries. You’ll be working with colleagues, as part of the Bubble team to ensure our customers get what they want, when they want it.

About you

We’re expecting you to be educated to at least GCSE level, ideally with C’s in English and Maths.

You will have a goo d working knowledge of large format printing, materials and processes.

Skills and Experience

You’ll already be working in a graphics production environment, with proven skills in applying different vinyls and prints to a range of substrates?

Ideally you’ll be experienced in full vehicle wrapping but training can be given to the right applicant - passing a certified wrapping course will be essential for your employment to continue beyond the trial period.

You’ll need a full driving license (with no more than 3 points)

Neat hand writing

Good communication skills both face to face and over the phone

You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines, under pressure while keeping your excellent attention to detail. Being tidy and organised, you’ll keep the production area working safely and efficiently.

Above all you will be flexible, able to prioritise and adapt to an ever-changing workload.
