Field Sales Executive

West Midlands based graphics, signage and large format print company, are looking to recruit a person to:

  • Represent a positive Company image and communicate new/existing products and services effectively to clients
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Make appointments to meet new and existing clients
  • Agree sales, prices, contracts and payments with clients
  • Advise clients about delivery schedules and after-sales service
  • Keep in regular contact with existing clients to maintain worthwhile relationships
  • Consistently meet sales targets
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Resolve customer complaint by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • Work with technical and other staff members to meet customer needs
  • Always keep up-to-date with the latest market trends
  • Protect Company value by keeping information confidential
