Senior Production Manger
Surrey

An established and expanding successful sign company based in Surrey near the M25.

Trading for over 30 years, DMA Signs are seeking a senior Production Manager to supervise the production of our wide range of bespoke and standard signage products.

The Role: Has the responsibility of managing a team of production operatives in a workshop environment, taking ownership of the quality of finished products, planning, assigning and organising work to meet deadlines. You will report directly to the Directors

Your skills must include:
• Strong IT experience to manage computerised production schedule
• Good communication and management skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Ability to carry out detailed cost analysis
• Quality control experience
• Experience in maximising productivity and profitability
• Sign industry experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed
